Load program not found in CRM Middleware

Hi,

We are getting dump in "/1CRMGC/SAPLBUS_TRANS_MSG___BW" module due to missing Program "GPDFY3H76P5UPAFT4I0WC1HTOJR".

  if not ai_message is initial.
    perform send_to_bw_queue in program (l_progname)
      using  ai_message
             i_rlogsys
             i_false.
  endif

This program is existing in production but somehow due to refresh in Quality system, the program is missing. This program("GPDFY3H76P5UPAFT4I0WC1HTOJR") in production has below comment log:
