if you would like to transport ABAP objects, then you would use CTS. If you like to transport non-ABAP content, you could use CTS+.
You can transport objects from SAP BW 7.3 to a BW on SAP HANA (I assume that it is the based on SAP NetWeaver 7.4?) if the systems are managed in one landscape in TMS.
As you wrote that the source system is BW 7.3, I also assume that the objects that you would like to transport are not SAP HANA specific.
If you have to transport ABAP objects together with SAP HANA objects, then it might also be that the HTC (also mentioned in the video) is more helpful than CTS+ (for the non-ABAP parts)
CTS (for ABAP objects) records changes in transport requests. If you transport this request, the objects that are inside this request are transported - so this offers delta transports.
Dor non-ABAP (CTS+) it always depends on the type of content that you would like to transport. If you would like to transport portal content, then, there is also a change recording available. if you would like to transport SAP HANA content via CTS+, then you are currently limited to transporting the full delivery unit.
