          One of the options is copying to Region B, but a good approach would be create a Variable for Regions and Hierarchies, then make use of same reports for Region B also.

To avoid/restrict the user

• Make Region and relevant InfoObjects(which has hierarchies) as Authorization Relevant.
• Provide the specific authorizations to right users, then B regions will not be able to use A region (hierarchy and data will not be shown).

Explain your requirement to the team whoever takes care of roles & authorization.
