Getting an Exception while creating a custom EmbededBO instance

Dear All,

We are trying to create a new custom embedded BO for new tab in Accounts. We have embedded the BO in Extensibility Explorer.

While we select the new tab we are getting an exception.

Please refer the attached screen shot for reference.
